Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on the product, location of the print provider, and volume of orders.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Providers & Delivery Times

We use Printify’s global network of print providers. Your order may be fulfilled and shipped from different countries, depending on the provider closest to your shipping address. Delivery times typically are:

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Multiple Shipments

Items in your order may ship separately. This occurs when products are fulfilled by different Printify partners or locations. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Canada, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at decorbyminnie@outlook.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with Printify to investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement.
