At Decor By Minnie, your satisfaction is important to us. Our products are fulfilled through Printify, a print-on-demand service that manufactures and ships items on your behalf. Because each item is made to order, certain refund conditions apply.

Made-to-Order Policy

All products are custom-made once an order is placed. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

Please carefully review the product descriptions and sizing charts before placing your order.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a refund or free replacement under the following circumstances:

Damaged items
Printing errors
Wrong item received
Lost packages (after confirmation with carrier)

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item showing the issue
Your order number
A brief description of the problem

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Failure to claim a package
Customs issues or delays (for international orders)

If a package is returned to sender due to an address issue, we may offer to reship at the customer’s expense.

Returns

Since our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us unless instructed.

Processing Time for Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
